Dairy products contain hormones from the cows that will stimulate your pores and oil glands causing your skin to breakout. There are essential nutrients that are needed from dairy products though, so make sure you take a multivitamin that is high in calcium and vitamin D to make up for the nutrients that you are eliminating.

A great way to have healthy and beautiful skin is to get plenty of sleep. The old saying “beauty sleep” is not a myth. When you do not get enough sleep, your circulation is lowered and will cause you to look pale and have puffy eyes. You need to give your cells a break at night and let them repair themselves. This is essential for healthy and beautiful skin.
