How To Improve Your Skin Tone
Having a poor skin tone is a problem that many people face. Every two weeks, change your pillowcase to a new pillowcase, and wash the other one. This will prevent dirt and oils from your hair from transferring onto your face and causing acne and other skin issues.
Do not wear clothing that is overly tight on your skin, particularly over your face. Balaclavas and ski masks, in addition to beanies and winter hats, can do some damage to your skin. Even goggles, glasses, or protective eyewear worn during sports or work can have an effect on your skin tone, so loosen them (within reason) before using them.
After working out, immediately take a shower and wash your face. This will prevent sweat and oil from building up on your skin and making you feel sticky and look blotchy.
Limit the amount of time you spend exposed to the sun. This is very important, particularly in the sunny summer months. The son can do a number on your skin, particularly in drying it out or giving you sunburn, which can be detrimental to your skin tone.
Avoid hot or spicy foods. These often put a reddish tint to the face for up to several hours after you eat them, depending on how hot or spicy they are. For some people, even thinking about hot or spicy foods causes them to get red and sweaty.
