In most cases, you will find someone who has something to say that relates to exactly how you feel and gives you the knowledge required to move past what you see in the mirror. Remember that you are no worse of a person because your appearance changes. We all change in different ways as we grow older and if someone in a support group is there to pick you up and show you the positives, then it is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Always talk to your doctor about hair loss. We are only assuming the cause of it at this point in time and you may be surprised to find out something can be done to reverse it. This doesn’t mean hair replacement surgery, though that is also an option, it means it could be something as simple as vitamin deficiencies or horrendous chemical laden shampoo destroying your hair as it strips it of nutrients. Always talk to your doctor to know what options are available.
